Pamela’s signature event is “Dinner in the Forest”, a fine dining experience in unconventional settings which includes features of local culture and spectacular elements of design. We support local produce which is prepared by renowned London chef, Paul Bloomfield and his catering team. All events showcase elements of Transylvanian and Romanian produce, from the hand-woven table clothes, Sibiu cutlery, Turda glass or the fine distinguished Romanian wines.
