Check-in time: 1.00 pm, check out time: 11.00 am (exceptions made on request).
Breakfast
Will be available as a take-away – it will be packaged for collection from the main house; other take-away meals will be available on request; guests will also have access to a private kitchen. All meals can be taken by guests both indoors and outdoors, respecting distancing recommendations – the existing dining rooms, pavilion (foișor), courtyards, meeting rooms allow for it.

Safety
For safety reasons, please refrain from lighting scented candles in the rooms.
Cleaning
Will be daily provided as usual; guests also have the option to limit staff access to their rooms and clean these themselves if they wish – cleaning products will be provided if requested.
Accessibility
Guests with locomotive challenges will be offered access to the ground floor rooms on the property premises.
Smoking
Smoking areas are provided in the courtyard. All rooms are non-smoking.
Facilities
Free wireless internet is available on the entire property.
All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning units.
Parking is available on the public domain, close to our property (1,20 Euro/day). We provide video surveillance for the parking in front of the Guesthouse. Motor bikes can park on the property.
Other parking options: paid parking across the street (1,20 euro/day) or in a guarded parking lot (5 minutes from Casa Rațiu).
We are not set up presently with kennels for pets.

We offer airport transfer (Cluj-Napoca International Airport – Turda). Fee: 100 lei/route

How can I book a room?
You can check room availability on our website and follow the steps to book the one you select online. We also accept phone bookings.
How can I pay?
Payment on arrival, either cash (RON) or credit card.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we are set up to take credit cards for your convenience.
How can I cancel my booking?
There is no charge for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival. We charge the first night of accommodation if the booking is canceled in the last 7 days before arrival.
Are there vegetarian options in the menu?
We have both vegetarian and vegan menus. We will also prepare meals for specific dietary needs. Please submit your request in advance.
Can I also have lunch and dinner at Casa Rațiu?
We would be delighted to serve you lunch or dinner and have a daily menu available for you to select from.
Is there a kitchen available?
We have a kitchen available for your use on the ground floor of Casa Rațiu as well as a high chair for children available.
Are there children beds available?
We have a child’s cot available as well as extra beds that can be fitted into a number of our rooms. Our housekeeping team can easily organize this for you.
Can I bring my pet?
We do not have the necessary accommodations at this time.
